Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns once items have been delivered, opened, or used.

Refund Policy

Nox5 Perfumes is not responsible for damages reported after successful delivery unless supported by valid proof.

To be eligible for a refund in cases of:

Leakage or breakage
Missing or incorrect items

You must provide a clear unboxing video that includes:

The original sealed packaging
Visible proof of the issue
Guidelines
If the package appears tampered with or damaged, refuse delivery immediately and inform us.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, notify us within 3 days. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing Timeline
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited to your bank account within 4–7 business days after verification.
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
You will receive confirmation and transaction details once the refund is initiated.
Cancellation Policy

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
